Terms of Use

1. Provider

The services are provided by Retail Management Solutions Single-Member P.C. (Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε.) (Retail Management Solutions, “RMS”), registered at 73 Grammou Str., 151 24 Marousi, Greece, VAT no. 801291892, Business Registry (GEMI) no. 153674701000. Contact: info@rm.gr, +30 210 300 4011.

2. Services

RMS provides SaaS platforms, mainly mAI CFO (https://cfo.myanalysis.gr) — a financial advisory and accounting platform for Greek accounting offices and SMEs. The exact features of each service are defined by the applicable subscription plan or agreement.

3. Accounts and access

• Access is provided through office accounts (e.g. an accounting office or business) and the user accounts created within them.
• Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with them, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• The office administrator assigns roles and access rights to the office's users and is responsible for assigning them correctly.
• The office is responsible for the client data it uploads or processes on the platform and for having a lawful basis to do so. For that data, RMS acts as a processor on behalf of the office.

4. Bank account connection (Open Banking)

• Connecting bank accounts is optional.
• It is provided through Enable Banking Oy, a licensed Account Information Service Provider (AISP) regulated by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).
• Before connecting, the user must accept Enable Banking's Terms of Service (https://enablebanking.com/terms) and Privacy Notice (https://enablebanking.com/privacy).
• Access is read-only (balances and transactions). No payments or other transactions are initiated.
• Consent can be revoked at any time from the app or from the bank, and expires in accordance with PSD2 (typically after 180 days), after which it must be renewed.
• Bank data is used only for reconciliation, cash-flow and reporting. It is never sold and never used for advertising.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Fees are set by the office's subscription plan. The office may resell or bundle services to its clients (e.g. company publicity websites) under its agreement with RMS; in that case the office is responsible towards its clients for the terms of the resale.

6. AI-generated content

AI features are assistive. Outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed by the user before use. They do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice; the user remains responsible for final decisions and filings.

7. Availability

We make every reasonable effort to keep the services running securely, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades or due to third parties (e.g. banks, Open Banking providers, public-sector services).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RMS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or data loss caused by the user or third parties. RMS's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual property

The software, graphics, logos and mAI product names belong to RMS or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for the duration of the subscription. Data you upload remains yours (or your clients').

10. Termination, data export and deletion

You may stop using the services at any time. RMS may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or non-payment. After termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period; the data is then deleted unless retention is required by law. Bank account connections are revoked on termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify users in the app or by email before they take effect. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
