mAI Staff is the RMS workforce scheduling platform. The manager describes what they want in natural language ("don't put Maria on Tuesday, give Kostas two evening shifts") and the AI — a combination of a language model and a mathematical optimiser — produces a schedule with coverage, cost and fairness scores, an explanation for every shift, and a conflict list with suggested fixes. Nothing is published without approval. It includes a digital work card, availability, leave, shift swaps and demand forecasting from revenue, weather and reservations — with full ERGANI II connectivity.
