1. Data controller

2. What data we process

This is an informational website designed to collect as little data as possible:

• Contacting us: if you email or call us, we process the details you provide (name, company, contact details, message content).
• Contact form: when you submit the form on the “Contact” page, we process the details you provide (name, company, email, phone, products of interest, message) solely to respond to your request. The request is delivered to us by email and we may also receive an internal SMS notification.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider ([Πάροχος φιλοξενίας — προς συμπλήρωση]) may automatically keep server logs (e.g. IP address, request time) for security and operational purposes.
• We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or third-party advertising technologies — see the “Cookie Statement”.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process the above data solely to respond to your requests and prepare a potential engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps), and to keep the website secure (Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and are then deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Only technical service providers bound contractually as data processors may have access: website hosting, email delivery (Resend) and SMS notifications (Twilio). These providers may process data outside the EEA, subject to the appropriate safeguards of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies and local storage

The website uses no tracking cookies. Only your display (theme) preference is stored locally on your device. See the “Cookie Statement” for details.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability (Articles 15–22 GDPR). To exercise them, contact info@rm.gr or i.kotrotsios@rm.gr. We respond within 30 days (Article 12(3) GDPR).

8. Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you believe the processing violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) — www.dpa.gr, 1-3 Kifissias Ave., 115 23 Athens, Greece.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, in particular if new features are added to the website (e.g. a live contact form or traffic analytics). The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
