2. Why we don't ask for consent

Storing the theme preference is strictly functional and happens at your request (via the theme switcher). Under the ePrivacy rules (Greek law 3471/2006, art. 4(5)), technically necessary storage does not require consent. As there are no other cookies or trackers, we do not display a consent banner.

3. Future changes

If tools requiring consent are added in the future (e.g. traffic analytics), this statement will be updated and a consent mechanism will be introduced before they are activated.
