mAI Lockers is cloud software for shops, hotels and businesses that run smart lockers. A tourist picks a location and a size, pays online and gets a code by email or SMS. No app and no account needed. The shop sets prices and opening hours and can see what is happening at each location. The same system also handles courier parcels, keys and personal lockers.

Booking without an app
The customer picks a location, size and duration in the browser and pays online. A code and a QR arrive by email or SMS.
Luggage storage
Prices by size and duration, booking extensions, and a late fee when the customer comes back after the time is up.
Parcels and couriers
The courier drops the parcel and the recipient gets a code. Cash on delivery can be paid before the door opens.
Click & collect from your ERP
Paid SoftOne orders are placed in a locker and their status is written back to SoftOne.
Screen at the locker
The customer types the code or scans the QR on the screen at the location. The screen is in Greek and English.
Shop back office
Prices, occupancy, revenue and staff roles. Every action is logged, and personal data is hidden from anyone who does not need to see it.
Courier and technician apps
The courier scans the label and opens the locker. The technician tests the doors and logs faults from their phone.
