mAI Courier is software for freight carriers, courier companies and transport agencies. From booking a waybill to delivery and cash-on-delivery settlement, the office, the warehouse and the drivers all see the same information. Every piece gets its own label and is tracked separately. The driver gets their route on a phone, scans parcels and records the delivery. Delivery can be to the door, to a pickup point or to an mAI Lockers locker. The recipient gets a tracking link and updates by email or SMS.

Shipments and waybills
Parcels, boxes and pallets, with label printing and bulk import. Each piece is tracked separately.
Rates and charges
Prices by customer, area, weight and service. You can see exactly how each shipment's charge is calculated.
Warehouses, sorting and transport lines
What arrived, what was loaded and what is still waiting. Load lists per vehicle, and any differences recorded when the load is received.
Routes and driver app
The office assigns the stops. The driver sees their route on a phone, scans parcels and records the delivery with a signature, a code or a photo.
Cash on delivery
Each collection is linked to its shipment. You follow the handover to the cash desk and the payout to your customer.
Lockers and pickup points
The driver leaves the parcel in an mAI Lockers locker or at a partner shop. The customer's collection updates the same shipment.
Tracking for the recipient
A tracking link and updates by email or SMS, in Greek and English. If a delivery fails, the reason and the next step are visible.
Customers, roles and e-shop connection
Your customers see their own shipments and charges. Access is set by company, branch and role. Connect your e-shop through the API or a CSV file.
