Registers, stock and purchasing for supermarkets with several stores
mAI SuperMarket is a register and back office system for supermarkets with one or more stores. The cashier at register 3 scans the items, weighs the fruit and issues a receipt that goes to AADE through the e-invoicing provider. The store manager handles deliveries, stock counts and transfers. Head office sets prices, promotions and what each user is allowed to do. If a store loses its internet connection, the register keeps selling from its local price package.

Barcode and scale checkout
Scanning with several barcodes per product, and scale labels that carry the weight or price in the code. Runs on the same phone or tablet that works as the register.
Receipts sent to AADE
Receipts and credit notes with 6, 13 and 24% VAT, through the e-invoicing provider (Simply first). A document number is never used twice, even when the answer is slow to arrive.
Selling without internet
The register keeps the catalogue, prices and promotions locally. Registers can make cash sales offline, up to a limit you set.
Prices, promotions and labels
Price lists per store, promotion rules and coupons. The price is calculated the same way on the register and on the server. Shelf label printing.
Stock, deliveries and counts
Purchase orders to suppliers, deliveries with batches and expiry dates, waste, stock counts and transfers between stores. A handheld for the manager on the shop floor.
Roles, approvals and history
Each user sees only their own store. Refunds and staff price changes need a supervisor PIN and a reason, and are logged.
Demand forecasts
A statistical model suggests how much to order per product and store, and is checked against past data. You make the call.
